The Truth about the great day of Jehovah is that it is SPIRITUAL.
"The Kingdom of the heavens is like a treasure, hidden in the field, that a man found and hid; and because of his joy, he goes and sells everything he has and buys that field." So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one who knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." (Rev 7:14)
Jehovah is orderly and uses patterns that are often repeated and duplicated. "For God is a God not of disorder but of peace." (1 Corinthians 14:33) The 40 pattern can be applied to 1935, 1975, and 2015 that are cleansing patterns to sift out the unfaithful. With 2015 being the final sifting pattern in satan's system of things. 2015 + 40 = 2055
Let scripture interpret scripture. Some have said that Adam may have been faithful for 70 or 80 years before sinning and losing out on everlasting life. "The span of our life is 70 years, Or 80 if one is especially strong. But they are filled with trouble and sorrow; They quickly pass by, and away we fly." (Psalms 90:10) Applying this pattern is essential for in 1975 we as an organization publicly made known that was the 6,000 year mark of mankind. If we add the 80 years we come up with 6,080. What's the significance of this? Jehovah is a God of order. 1975 + 80 = 2055
Another pattern is taken from (Revelation Chapter 2). One angel was Overseeing one congregation: To the angel of the congregation in Ephʹe·sus write: (Rev 2:1) And to the angel of the congregation in Smyrʹna write: (Rev 2:8) To the angel of the congregation in Perʹga·mum write: (Rev 2:12)
One anointed person per congregation? It is a pattern. It could be when you see us reach 144,000 Congregations, that these congregations are the ones that come through the great tribulation. "Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father." (Matthew 24:36) We still don't know that day or hour. "For whoever has, more will be given him, and he will be made to abound; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him." (Matthew 13:12)
